We are now hiring a full-time Junior Trader to join the Trading team in our office in Zagreb, Croatia.

The Trading team uses proprietary models to make markets: backed by industry-leading automated algorithms, we lean on our human judgment skills to post, monitor, and adjust market prices in response to new information.

As a Junior Trader you will monitor live sports events via various video and data feeds while identifying errors and overriding/adjusting automated data and pricing feeds. You will collaborate with the team in uncertain situations to adjust market-making, and your responsibilities will grow through experience, earning more autonomy over market-making decisions including which markets to offer, analysing and adjusting off bets, and changing limits.
Your responsibilities

Job responsibilities: 

  • Monitor live sports events via various video and data feeds;
  • Identify errors and override/adjust automated data and pricing feeds;
  • Collaborate with team in uncertain situations to adjust market-making;
  • Responsibilities will grow through experience, earning more autonomy over market-making decisions including which markets to offer, analyzing and adjusting off bets, and changing limits.
