As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth at the top of the sales funnel. Collaborating closely with the VP of Revenue, you will help generate qualified sales opportunities by identifying and engaging with Global B2C sports betting operators and B2B suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will excel in researching leads, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships that set our sales team up for success. Your ability to quickly understand the sales landscape and articulate our unique value propositions will be key in positioning us as a leader in the market. Every interaction is an opportunity to drive top-line revenue, boost customer acquisition, and enhance profitability.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Identifying and targeting high-value prospects to generate new business leads.
- Developing and nurturing relationships by engaging with warm prospects and uncovering new sales opportunities.
- Introducing and positioning our world-class products to prospects, effectively communicating our mission to help businesses achieve exceptional performance.
- Managing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, by utilizing best practices to optimize conversion rates.
- Conducting market research to identify and qualify revenue opportunities in new and emerging markets.
- Leveraging outbound channels—calls, video, LinkedIn, email, and other social platforms—to build a strong commercial network.
- Contributing to refining and enhancing the outbound sales strategy to maximize efficiency and success.
Your qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- At least one year of experience in B2B outbound sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
- High proficiency in CRM tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or other similar systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and strong analytical thinking.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and motivated to advance within a high-growth sales organization
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Nice to have
The following characteristics would be a plus:
- Knowledge of the sports betting industry and an established network is a significant advantage.
