About the role

Join the Team!

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for capturing business and technical requirements from stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of the product roadmap. You will work closely with Product Leadership and other Product Owners in order to materialize the product’s vision and work with the delivery teams in order to facilitate its execution.
Your key responsibilities

What you will be working on at Huddle

  • You will gather new requirements and roadmap items from stakeholders in order to understand and develop the vision of the product.
  • You will manage the product’s backlog, based on stakeholder inputs and considering initiative delivery timelines.
  • You will define detailed functional and technical requirements by producing feature specifications and user stories.
  • You will be working closely with the delivery teams; handling cross-team and cross-product dependencies; tracking their deliverables on the roadmap; and removing impediments to their progress.
  • You will collaborate with UI/UX specialists to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences, leveraging wireframes, prototypes, and user testing.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, clarifications, and decisions, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders.
  • You will work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful integration and delivery of product enhancements.
  • You will lead agile ceremonies, ensuring they are positive, productive and kept within the timebox.
Your qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as PO (or similar role) in the sports betting industry.
  • Analytical and technical approach, and a good understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in working on complex projects in a face-paced agile software development environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings and technical workshops efficiently.
  • Communicative, collaborative personality with a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and partners, coordinating activities and ensuring successful integration.

The Application process

Pre-selection

based on your LinkedIn profile or CV. We are interested in your experience and roles on previous projects, your motivation, and your drivers, not just your skills. You’ll have a lot of opportunities anyway for learning and building up your skills.

Intro call

where you get a chance to meet up with our People and Culture team member and either the hiring manager or one of the seniors from the team. Since this is our first date, and expectations go both ways, we want to answer all the important questions.

Assignment

usually follows up after the Intro call, and it allows us to get deeper into the u0022technicalu0022 side, as well as your way of thinking. There is no perfect solution, only the right attitude – so simply do your best!

Second interview

is our second date where we discuss the task, pick your brain around it, and learn how you approached the task and the challenges you might have encountered. Also, this is the right time and place to ask any unanswered questions we both might have, as we really want to make sure it feels like the best match on both ends.

Closing

is our favorite date, especially if it is a green light on both ends because we get to seal the deal with our offer, pop up the champagne, and send you the Welcome to Huddle email shortly afterward.
